What are the different tools for information retrieval in DMS?
Document Allocation Tool
This tool is provided mainly to facilitate the preparation of a meeting agenda although it can be used for other purposes. The dynamic generation of the DMS meeting documents folder produces a Word file containing the list of all documents sorted in descending order or by question, or in a consolidated list. It is also possible to generate a file by single study question. The Document Allocation Tool is available on the index page of all the meeting documents of any given group. For example
http://www.itu.int/md/T05-SG16
.
A
"Recently posted"
page specific to Meeting Documents has been added.
A Meeting Documents
Search Engine
now provides both full-text and attribute-based retrieval.
