What is the Mailing list subscription service?

All ITU-T mailing lists are being migrated to a new system called "sympa" that will use a new user authentication system. This will increase stability and add new functionalities, but will require some changes in operating procedures.

The Mailing list subscription service, is a new service that enables members to self subscribe/unsubscribe to the different ITU-T Study Groups mailing lists.
