The ITU Secretary-General is the depositary of the GMPCS-MoU Arrangements. The ITU maintains a registry of type approval procedures and terminal types. The terminal registry includes GMPCS Terminals that are authorized to carry the GMPCS-MoU Mark in compliance with the GMPCS-MoU Arrangements. The Registry lists marked Terminals by Manufacturer, System Operator, Model Number and Country. The Country Listing includes the conditions for entry (without use) and usage of each Terminal registered at the ITU. Administrations or Competent Authorities of ITU Member States implementing the GMPCS-MoU Arrangements submit information on country conditions to the ITU Secretary-General.
