Peter has been working as a telecommunications industry professional for 30 years, more than 25 of which have been in the mobile telecommunications sector. His extensive knowledge and global experience has been focused principally on commercial and wholesale strategy, public policy and regulatory issues in what is a rapidly changing technological and business environment.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Peter has been working with Digicel in the Pacific Region since 2006 providing regulatory, public policy and business advice as it has launched and operated its networks in Vanuatu, Tonga, Samoa, PNG, Nauru and Fiji. Prior to this Peter worked for Telecom NZ, BellSouth NZ and Vodafone where he held senior management positions in New Zealand and Australia and was responsible for leading Vodafone’s Public Policy activities in the Pacific region. Peter also served as a Director on the Boards of Vodafone Fiji Limited and the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association.
