Hameedullah Sherani is a technology/information systems expert with strong research and evaluation capabilities. He earned a Masters in Information Systems from Melbourne School of Engineering, and a Masters in Research & Evaluation from Centre of Excellence for Evaluation, University of Melbourne. He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and an associate degree in Natural Sciences. Mr. Sherani has worked with the Government of Afghanistan and international organizations at different capacities for the last fifteen years; currently he is the board member at ATRA (Afghan Telecom Regulatory Authority). Mr. Sherani’s expertise include evaluation and learning, programming social and technological interventions, planning, strategy development, information and intelligence systems, performance management, reforms coordination and implementation, systems engineering and design and Research.
