Mr. Ihar Shchetko is Giga Project Officer for Connectivity, ITU.

Mr. Shchetko holds bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Networks and master’s degree in Methods and Systems of Information Security from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.

His professional area covers telecommunications, analysis and research in ICT infrastructure development, ICT statistics.
