Andrew Reinsdorf is Senior Vice President, WarnerMedia Government Relations & AT&T International Public Affairs. Andrew is responsible for WarnerMedia's public policy development, federal and state legislative advocacy, and constituency relations. Andrew works with senior executives across WarnerMedia’s divisions to develop policy priorities and implement legislative strategies that protect and promote the company’s content creation and distribution initiatives.

Additionally, in a newly created position combining WarnerMedia government relations and international public affairs for all of AT&T, Andrew is responsible for advancing AT&T’s global policy priorities in countries outside the United States. In his role as head of International Public Affairs, he leads a team that supports the diverse international portfolio of AT&T’s three distinct business units: AT&T Communications, WarnerMedia and AT&T Latin America.

Prior to his current role, Andrew was Senior Vice President, Global Public Policy and Federal Relations for AT&T’s external affairs team. Before AT&T acquired DIRECTV in 2015, Andrew lead DIRECTV’s Washington, D.C. office overseeing the federal, state and local legislative and regulatory agenda. Andrew has also held senior government affairs positions with the National Association of Broadcasters.

He is a board member emeritus of United Community, a nonprofit serving economically challenged families in Alexandria, Virginia. He has also been a volunteer reading mentor for nearly two decades with EveryBodyWins in Washington, D.C. public schools.

Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in politics from Ithaca College. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and two sons.
