Dr. Jirapon is currently a vice rector on Information Technology at Thammasat University, Thailand. He has an admirable amount of experience in the IT for over 18 years as a CIO and Graduate Program Director in Thailand’s prestigious universities. In June 2013, he was involved in the delivery of Thailand’s 3rd ICT Master Plan and oversaw operations as the Project Manager. In 2014, he was selected as one of 14 the influential higher education tech leader in southeast asia by Digital Education in Asia. He also serves as an international committee of Waseda E-Government ranking, members of the Ministry of Labor’s ICT board, and IT advisor to Airport of Thailand (AOT) board of directors. He also provided authorship in several academic journals. Dr. Jirapon holds a PhD degree from Carnegie Mellon University, USA.
