Célia Pellet works in the Regulatory and Market Environment Division at the ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau. She has been involved in various projects including the Global Network Resiliency Platform (#REG4COVID) and the Global Symposium for Regulators.
She is passionate about mobilizing tech and ICTs to increase the effectiveness, inclusivity and sustainability of our solutions to current challenges. As a G(irls)20 Ambassador, she advocates for youth engagement and women’s political and economic empowerment.
She holds a master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, and has experience working in a range of settings: NGOs, research institute, diplomatic mission, and UN organization.
