Ben Wallis joined Microsoft in 2016 to work on global Internet Goverance issues. He leads Microsoft’s engagement with the ITU as well as coordination Microsoft’s participation in multistakeholder processes such as the Internet Governance Forum and the implementation of the UN Secretary-General's Roadmap for Digital Cooperation. Prior to Microsoft, Ben worked at the UK Communications Regulator, Ofcom, where he represented the UK in European and international bodies, including as Vice-Chair of an OECD Working Party on Communications Policy, and chairing BEREC’s Net Neutrality Working Group.
