Ana Lucrecia Segura Ching is the Economic Analysis Coordinator of the General Directorate of Markets at the Costa Rican Superintendence of Telecommunications (SUTEL), where she is on charge of gathering, processing and creating indicators, statistics and price index of the telecommunication services. Also, the area which she coordinates is on charge of biannual and annual reports of indicators of the telecom sector. Ana Lucrecia led the development process and the implementation of the Institutional Telecommunications Indicators System (SITEL), and collaborates with a new project to design, develop, publish and implement a BI interactive tool to download, visualize, publish reports and indicators visualization for end users.

She is also part of the team along with the National Statistics Office (INEC), that has developed a module to collect facts related to the access and use of technologies of information and communication (TIC) of the population over 5 years old, through the 2019 National Household Survey (ENAHO).

Ana Lucrecia has a degree in business administration at the University of San Jose, holds a master's degree in Finance from the Interamerican University of Costa Rica, has a specialization in Business Intelligence from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica and has also taken different courses on BI such as the one provided by Neotelis Inc. bases in London. She is currently completing the Data Mining Expert Program of the Iberoamerican Program Training in Data Mining.
