| The association for the promotion of Women for ICTs “Musodev” is a non-profit organization which has been working since 2018 on the empowerment of women, girls and gender equity through new information technologies and of communication. In order to promote the employability of women and young people in ICT-related fields, we remain convinced that providing them with solid skills in different ICT fields constitutes a means for their development and empowerment. These skills once acquired will open the door to decent jobs. In addition, when the woman has an income, this has an impact on the overall income of her family. This significantly reduces poverty within the family, and promotes access to health care and education for children. Musodev aims to:
• Give development opportunities to women and girls through ICT.
• To conceive, develop and promote the participation of women in ICT related professions, • Promote vocational training and support for women and girls through ICT. • Establish technological solutions allowing prevention as well as raising awareness on common problems of which women and young people are victims. In order to achieve its objectives, MUSODEV places great emphasis on awareness.
That is why it cannot stay on the march for the international day of girls in ICT. Because of the health crisis in the world, activities will be done online.
In order to reach the set objectives, various activities are on the program.
