| Concluding part on Online Discussions on 'Work from Home' -technical and social aspects The first discussion on above topic was held on May 2, 2020 and a report has been submitted. The event proposed on May 9, 2020 will include two online sessions with different groups. Highlighting a) technical and social challenges faced by girls and women working from home during lockdown in Nepal b) how they have improved their skill sets to adjust with the distance and online working environments c) whether this experience has made them more confident and independent in their work nature WIIT will also summarize the discussions and publish in the website www.wiit.org.np after completing all sessions (conducted on 2/05/2020 and 9/05/2020) . The report will also be presented to concerned sectors for improvements and support. Based on discussions, WIIT will also make efforts to arrange training for skill improvements and social understanding.
