| In conjunction with International Girls in ICT Day, the Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI), Women Techmakers (WTM) Brunei and Google Developers Group (GDG) Brunei are hosting a free online seminar. Two international speakers and one local speaker with their respective topics were engaged to give talks: · First Steps Towards Your First Machine Learning Project by Galuh Sahid, Data Scientist, Gojek (Indonesia) · Important Steps of Learning Kotlin (Kotlin/Android) by Kyrmyzy Kaliyeva, Senior Android Engineer, Cartrack (Singapore) · Data analytics with BigQuery (It's like Excel, but bigger) by Xin Ying Lim, Software Developer, Encore Sdn Bhd (Brunei)
At the end of each talk, participants would play a round of Kahoot with questions pertaining to the topic that came before as a way of engagement. Winners of each round were awarded with prizes.
