Description of the event
|
ShiftKey GirlsinICT will run a women and girls in ICT profile campaign on our media platforms starting in April, which culminate in a one day blended (online and physical) event on the 30th of April/ 5th of May where there will be an ICT career and mobile internet safety discussion session and a hands on mobile internet safety and computer hardware basics session. Target age group of participants is from age 16 years and above.The objective of the day is to arm participants with a basic ICT skill, enhance visibility of ICTs as a profession for girls and women, promote the understanding of how to use ICTs (especially internet)safely and its use in day to day activities, work and life.
