Entity organizing the event, organizers
empowermefirst Zimbabwe is an association based in Zimbabwe. Our organisors are focusing on reaching vulnerable school dropouts, especially in rural areas. The majority of the dropouts are girls. Their reasons for dropping out are early marriages, lack of financial resources for school fees and uniforms or long distances to school. Many youths leave the country for hard labour abroad and fall victim to abuse. Education gives them a perspective.
