Description of the event

The Space Communications and Navigation (SCaN) Program at NASA Glenn Research Center and TechGirlz have partnered to host an educational workshop on Wednesday, April 27th in honor of Girls in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Day. Girls in ICT Day is a global initiative to encourage young women to consider studies and careers in the ICT field.Students in 6th - 8th grade will complete some simple online exercises to learn how to be a good and cautious digital citizen and help keep them and their families safe. Attendees will need access to a computer and the internet.
