Join the AT&T Policy Forum for a virtual event focused on inspiring the next generation of women innovators in the tech and creative industries. The event will kick off with welcome remarks from Doreen Bogdan-Martin, Director of the ITU Telecommunication Development Bureau, which will be followed by a keynote address from Mónica Aspe, CEO, AT&T Mexico. Aspe will share advice and lessons learned in her journey to becoming the first female CEO of a Mexican telecommunications company, as well as highlight the range of career opportunities in the ICT industry and the importance of gender equality in closing the digital divide. Rina Lumezi, Marketing Communications Manager, AT&T Global Network Services Slovakia, will emcee the full event.The second half hour will be a panel discussion on “Breaking Barriers with Careers in ICTs,” moderated by Mya De La Rosa, Women in Science Central America Participant, Girl Up. Panelists will include Daphne Dentz, Senior Vice President, Emerging Formats, Mastering & Content Acquisition, Content Creative Services, Warner Bros.
