Description of the event
|
On the 28th of April, we will be launching our Digital Future Programme for Kenya Girls. This is a 6-week certification program will not only digitalize their abilities but also make them leaders of the change we need. Our inspiration is drawn from Micro:bit Educational Foundation that seek to support learners of ages 8 -18 years of age to create their best digital future.We are committed to empowering our girls to take up STEM Careers especially in the advent of the Competency Based Curriculum education reforms in Kenya. We are also hoping to inspire them participate in the do.your:bit challenge held yearly by the Micro:bit Team. We collaborate with other organization to empower our learners through mentorship sessions.We will be both live on Facebook and through Google Meet.
