Open Culture is a repository of cultural and educational
media for lifelong learning. Founded in 2006 by Dan Colman, Dean of Stanford
University’s Continuing Studies Program, Open Culture aggregates free audio
books, online courses, movies, language lessons, ebooks and other enriching
content. Open Culture aims to centralize relevant content, curate it, and
present it in one place. The content is presented according to topics, types of
certification, language of instruction, formats (audio, text or video), and
others.
