International Girls in ICT Day

Ericsson Hungary participated in the event series for the 6th time. At the local R&D Center in Budapest a joint program was organized together with the Budapest Technical University in order to be able to show the whole career path the girls can go through from being a student at the university to being an employee of a multinational company.
The program in short: robot demonstrations, laboratory visit, gemba tour in the building, chit-chat with female role models, pizza party at the end.
15 Ericsson volunteers were involved, all the groups were fully booked - the whole day was spent in good atmosphere & with lots of fun.
