Meeting rooms within the Conference premises at HICC will be managed by the ITU Secretariat.

Participants wishing to reserve a room are requested to complete a Room Reservation Form.

Requests will be processed on a first come first served basis. During the Conference, the Room Reservation Service will be located in HICC, Office G.07.
