Visa requirements

Special measures have been taken by the Indian authorities to facilitate the processing of visas for WTDC-10 participants.

Foreign nationals should ensure that they are in possession of valid Indian visa before they start their journey to India. This does not apply to nationals of Nepal and Bhutan, who do not require a visa to enter India, or to nationals of the Maldives, who do not require a visa for entry in India for a period up to 90 days.

As there is no provision of 'Visa on Arrival' in India, registered participants are advised to contact without delay the Indian Embassy / High Commission / Consulate in their country in order to obtain an entry visa. Please click here for a complete list of contacts.

Visas for WTDC-10 participants and ITU officials shall be issued free of charge.
