In today's fast-changing world, governments face a challenging and constantly evolving landscape. The disruption generated by new technologies, an abundance of data, and various crises contribute to this complexity.

This session aims to bring together European government executives to share ideas on how to address these and other challenges while meeting the increasing demands of citizens for easily accessible and proactive digital services. The panelists will share their best practices and strategies that can be utilized to accelerate digital transformation in government. Some of the questions that will be addressed include:

  • How can digital transformation enhance public service delivery and make government services more easily accessible to citizens?
  • What are some successful examples of public service transformation, and what lessons can be learned from them?
  • What approaches should be avoided, and what practices have proven successful?

This session aims to be a significant milestone in promoting knowledge exchange and equipping countries with the tools necessary to take bold action and create a fully digital, omnichannel, and personalized experience for their citizens.
