Event Details
The event will be held from July 7 to 11, 2025, at Palexpo, Geneva, Switzerland. Venue Information.

Venue and Access
- General Attendees: Use Entrance 2. Please collect your badge at the badging desk if you haven't already done so.
- VIPs: Use the VIP entrance located to the right of Entrance 1. Access is restricted to VIPs with an event badge. VIP badges can be collected at the VIP badging desk.
- Access map.
Yes, there are 1,500 paid parking spaces in P12. Accessible parking is also available. For VIPs, P11 parking is available for CHF 36/day, with prior vehicle registration (limited to 80 spaces).
Four 20kW fast-charging stations are available in P12 for SIG-MOVE network subscribers and other visitors.
Dining options include:
- Le Central (bar/restaurant at the entrance)
- Caffetino (coffee and beverages)
- Food trucks
- Free drinking water fountains are available throughout the venue.
Yes, Wi-Fi is provided by ITU. Login details will be printed on your event badge.

Yes, all floors are accessible. For detailed accessibility information, view the access map for people with reduced mobility.

Registration and Badging
All participants, whether attending in person or remotely, as attendees or speakers, must register in advance. Registration.
Bring a valid photo ID or passport and e-confirmation of registration. A photo will be taken for your badge.

Yes, VIPs can access exclusive High-Level Events, including VIP Lounges, High-Level Lunches (hosted by Saudi Arabia, UAE, Malaysia, South Africa), and a Reception by Poland.
- Youth networking reception: July 7, 18:30–21:00
- Coffee break (sponsored by JAPAN): July 9, 16:30–16:45
- Partners' certificates and Swiss Reception: July 10, 17:45
