As AI reshapes economies and societies, there is a growing urgency to ensure its benefits are accessible to all. This session will explore what inclusive AI means in practice, and the actions needed to achieve it, focusing on issues including infrastructure, skills, and access to data. The discussion will provide a platform for multistakeholder dialogue on the opportunities and challenges of inclusive AI. 

Drawing on the ICC global business network and cross-sector insights, the discussion will highlight the roles of both governments and industry in creating an enabling environment for inclusive AI adoption. Participants will examine successful multistakeholder initiatives, explore the importance of public-private partnerships, and consider how inclusive AI can support broader goals like sustainable development, innovation, and equitable economic growth.

Ms. Maria Fernanda Garza
Ms. Maria Fernanda Garza Honorary Chair International Chamber of Commerce

Mexican, CEO of Orestia, business leader, strong advocate of business ethics, board member of several business organizations. She was VP of Employers at the 98th Session of the International Labour Organization. She has served as Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce from 2022-224, and is currently Honorary Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce and part of the group of advisors and leaders of the B20 and the United Nations Internet Governance Forum.

Maria Fernanda Garza is a Mexican businesswoman, CEO of Orestia, a manufacturing home improvement- water solutions company, with exports to USMCA region, Latin America and Asia.

Her interest in improving the business environment, made her a prominent business leader at a young age. Board member of Mexico's leading business organizations such as COPARMEX, CCE, ALIARSE, among others.

For ten years, Mexico's Employer Delegate to the International Labour Organization Conference, where she became appointed Employer's Vice Chair at the ILO's 98th Session.

Maria Fernanda Garza was Chair of ICC México from 2014 - 2020. Regional Coordinator for the Americas 2012-2020. Member of the Governing Body of the International Court of Arbitration. She is currently, Chairwoman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Member of the Advisory Committee on Sustainable Urbanization of the President of the UN General Assembly's. Member of the International Advocacy Caucus of Indonesia B20. She was appointed to serve on the United Nations Secretary-General's inaugural Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Leadership Panel for two years since 2022.


Ashutosh Chadha
Ashutosh Chadha Senior Director UN Affairs and International Organizations Microsoft

Ashutosh is currently responsible for building partnerships with UN and other International organizations to enable the responsible use of technology through policy and programmatic interventions to advance the achievement of the sustainable Development goals and socio economic growth, enabling innovation ecosystems, inclusion and safety and security.

Till recently he was the Director and Country Head Corporate Affairs and Public Policy for India and South Asia at Microsoft. In his role, he worked closely with key audiences in the Government, Academia, Industry as well as Multilaterals to help frame policies which enable deepening of usage of technology, driving digital inclusion and growth as well as ensure innovation and safety of the digital ecosystem. .

In a career spanning over 37 years, Ashutosh has worked at Mastercard, Wipro Ltd, Intel India, Shell India Pvt Ltd, NIIT and the National Dairy Development Board. A Management graduate from the institute of Rural management of Anand Gujarat, Ashutosh has had extensive experience in Business Development, Channel Management, Strategic Planning and Corporate Affairs, Government Relations and Policy Advocacy.

Ashutosh is a regular speaker at National and International fora on topics ranging from Corporate Affairs, Public Policy, Education, CSR, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He has spoken at events hosted by WB, WTO, UNICEF, UNESCO as well as National and International Academic Institutions.

Ashutosh is passionate about advocating the use of technology for socio economic development and improving lives through education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Involved in mentoring startups, coaching students, and executives – Ashutosh is also a certified Level 2 NS-NLP Executive and Corporate Coach.


Ms. Meni Anastasiadou
Ms. Meni Anastasiadou Digital Policy Manager France Moderator

Meni Anastasiadou is a Digital Policy Manager for the Global Policy Department (Digital Economy Commission) at the International Chamber of Commerce. In her role she manages the work of ICC’s Global Digital Economy Commission, and its policy contributions on areas including AI, Cybersecurity, Connectivity and Data Governance.
Previously, she has occupied positions in the private sector as a consultant for Meta, and has also worked as a policy coordinator in cloud policy and critical infrastructure for Microsoft CELA. She has also acquired experience in the public sector at the government and external affairs department of the European Banking Authority (EBA), were she focused on communications and public affairs engagement for cross-cutting issues on financial innovation, including digital operational resilience. In the beginning of her career, she worked as a journalist, a social researcher and public affairs assistant for a public interest law organisation.
Meni Anastasiadou is a Greek National and holds a Bsc in Law, a Master’s in Business Law, a BA in Political Science, and an Associate’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Media Communications.


Ms. Melike Yetken Krilla
Ms. Melike Yetken Krilla Head of International Organizations Google

Melike Yetken Krilla is Head of International Organizations at Google, leading global tech policy and managing partnerships with institutions like the UN, OECD, and World Bank. Before Google, she spent 15 years in U.S. public service, with senior roles at the State Department and White House. As Director for African Affairs on the National Security Council, she executed the U.S.-Africa Leaders’ Summit and was a lead U.S. negotiator at the UN on human rights. She also directed the U.S. National Action Plan on Responsible Business Conduct and served as the U.S. National Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines.

An honours graduate of Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Melike is a Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum and a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She serves on advisory boards including the University of Oklahoma’s Centre for International Business and Human Rights and the U.S. Council for International Business. Melike lives in McLean, Virginia with her husband and four children.


Sasha Rubel
Sasha Rubel Head of Public Policy for Generative AI Amazon (AWS)

Sasha Rubel is Head of Public Policy for Generative AI at AWS for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. A Franco-American who has spent much of her life in Africa, she unites people across countries, disciplines, and sectors to harness technology for positive impact. She advises governments, companies, and non-profits on unlocking AI’s potential through policies, partnerships, and capacity building.

With over a decade at UNESCO, Sasha led global AI and digital innovation initiatives, representing the organization to the European Commission, G7, OECD, African Union, and UN Economic Commission for Africa. She helped launch the EU-AU Digital Economy Task Force and is a founding member of the Global Partnership on AI, contributing to the OECD AI Network and Ireland’s AI Advisory Council.

Sasha holds degrees from École Normale Supérieure in Paris and pursued a PhD on responsible AI and the social impact of emerging technologies and has received the White House Public Diplomacy Innovation Prize and the GEM-TECH Award for gender mainstreaming in ICTs.
