Project,initiated inorderto produce new capabilities in Local District Administration in association with NICT(implementation agency),to introduce ICT based organizational change with fixing accountability of authorities under PublicServiceDeliveryAct and is an example of excellent e-Government implementation where ICT is effectively used to bridge gaps between time of application by citizenand its disposal by Government authorities,has converted governance approach to service approach in public governance and citizen service centers are established in various parts of country facilitating citizens in such a manner that they need not to travel 3-4kms away from village/block providing services at their neighborhood.
