It was born in 2006 to continue the participation of the Foundation in the WSIS 2003-2005, in which the needing o a multistakeholder international work on social and digital inclusion is emphasized. It is celebrated yearly (already the 7th edition) and its aim is to exchange the best practices, innovations and experiences with the objective of generating a process of knowledge creation, generation of projects and to generate innovation through ICTs with the common goal of empowering people.
