National Unemployment Assistance Program


Description

The Saudi National Unemployment Assistance Program (Hafiz) was created to address the critical need of supporting job seekers while finding jobs. This effort was designed to further develop Saudi’s Information Society, commitment to gender equity and youth empowerment, KSA invested significant budget in Hafiz e-employment assistance program to match qualified people through an online system.

Hafiz supports more than 2M Saudis with technology tools to apply electronically to “Human Resource Development Fund” with around 700,000 qualified Saudi women against 200,000 Saudi men. The Hafiz system-rules give priority to the disabled job seekers.
