The main aim of OTARR is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness at PCCs through fasten the Toxicology analysis, Establishing essential guidelines and request forms regarding diagnosis and management of poisoned patients, Providing an electronic solid toxicology database for planning future preventive measures and secure all the needs for PCCs starting from sending analytical requests, asking for toxicology information, samples receiving & analysis, documentation and informing the result in secure and smooth method to all benefiting hospitals & institutions.
