A series of 16 free courses (tutored or self-trained) for human capacity building, offered at least 3 times per year since 2010, training of individuals who manage public access centers for ICT, strengthening skills and knowledge in the use of ICT tools. Courses offered in various fields of ICT include digital creativity, social entrepreneurship, image editing tools, digital marketing, digital literacy, ICT centers for children, seniors and people with disabilities, women in technology and community and social networking and communication strategies.(See: http://www.soytic.gov.co/)
To date, 1600 managers have been trained and we expect 28000 in 2014
