The purpose of this research project, is to investigate the drivers that rise the share of the Information Technology Industry in Gross Domestic Production (GDP) and determining the directions for future movement of this industry,by cooperation of more than 80 experts in four references groups i.e. academicians, policy makers, technologists and service providers.In this project after wide survey, four questionnaires are designed; and electronic Delphi software System was developed to receive the view of the experts involving in the projects on the web. The data were discussed in the Experts Conference.
