CICESE established a Program in which our academic membership to ITU has been considered the core element to integrate all our ICT initiatives to accelerate our transit as a global player in the Information Society.
As a research and development center committed to excellence, our participation in the Information Society is a key element in our academic programs. With this in mind and taking advantage of our experience of 40 years of being in the vanguard of telecommunications research and development in Mexico and Latin America, we envision to strengthen our participation in ITU initiatives to maintain our leadership role.
