The MOMP has developed a system called E-employment collaboration which has a critical role in HR development in the country. The system is providing information for almost 2,000,000 employees who work in 203K companies in private sector. The system integrated electronically with other government entities to avoid data duplication and increase coordination and data sharing across the government. It provides reports and statistics for decision makers to improve government functions and develop human resources capacities. The system enables job seekers to use services through website or mobile apps, and allows private sector to access and interact with candidate's application.
