ATAA Programme


Description

Ataa’ System seeks to link all charities in Saudi Arabia in one system in order to manage their information and consolidate common work.
• Ataa' System automates the charities system, converts them to electronic transactions, and links them all in one system.
• Ataa' System aims to provide all operational functions that all charities need. Additionally, it organizes the charities' operations, such as collection and disbursement of funds to beneficiaries. It also links beneficiaries electronically to charities to provide services, links supporters to all charities, and links senior managements system of charitable work to provide adequate follow-up and control.
Atta' System offers several benefits and services of the Ministry of Social Affairs (the ministry responsible for charities in Saudi Arabia):
o Increase the ministry's ability to supervise and follow-up to the work of charities.
o Unification of the system used in all charities to ensure increased effectiveness of the procedures.
o Build accurate data base for charities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The overall objectives of Ataa' system:
(Integrity) adjusts disbursement of donations and charity funds and adjusts beneficiaries’ relations to charities staff.
(Justice) ensures the arrival of donations and charity to the beneficiaries. It aims to evenly distribute donations to beneficiaries according to the world standard of poverty percentage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
(Abstinence) reduces the difficulties that beneficiaries face so that they don’t need to visit the charities frequently.
(Transparency) helps donors to identify their money and find out to whom it will go, as well as it helps the beneficiaries to find out their share of donations.
(Reliability) contribute to increased trust of the community work of charities. Note that the implementation of those goals is governed by a framework of information security, privacy? and confidentiality.
