Through our Bootcamp, women who did not have access to a quality education, become Web Developers and Designers of User Experience, accessing transformers jobs in technology.
Learning to code is becoming mainstream but in Latin America not many women work in the tech sector. With the work of Laboratoria, more than 820 women have graduated from our programs and more than 80% work in technology, transforming their lives and the industry.

Laboratoria is a Peruvian initiative created by Mariana Costa, who moved from New York to Lima to start a tech social enterprise that gives young women access to education and work in the digital sector.

In Laboratoria we identify young women with great potential through a selection process with 680 measurement points. Then we use an agile teaching methodology to train them as Web Developers or UX Designers. In our 6 month bootcamp they create +40 web products and develop the technical and soft skills necessary to work in high-performance technological equipment. Our program ends with a "Talent Fest", a hackathon where companies come to recruit, with real challenges that our students solve in 36 hours. We have already placed talent in more than 200 companies and the satisfaction rate of our employers is 4.5 / 5.
