Amoud Foundation impacts the local and global communities by helping people help themselves through sustainable humanitarian projects while maintaining trusting relationships.

The project is aimed to give fast and reliable mobile repair training for unemployed youth in Borama, Somaliland. Amoud Foundation has assessed the problem of most young teenagers in Borama spending their time without any job even after graduating from universities. Therefore, it became one of the responsibilities of Amoud Foundation to open mobile maintenance shops and accessories after having intensive course about hard ware and soft ware mobile maintenance for about two months. The training center would welcome any young individuals who have computer or ICT knowledge or groups who want to make a career in smart phone repairs or want to learn it as a hobby.

Major Objectives of the work:

The main goal of the training center is to find out solutions for alarmingly increasing number of unemployed young girls and to reduce irregular migration (TAHRIIB) and brain drain by engaging them in mobile repair training and trying to show how it would be possible to make money and to create job opportunity at home.
