One of the main Algerian Scout activities is to provide arabic lessons, as a lot of young people in Algeria are weak in this language.
Another target audience are women who have been unable to complete their studies at high school or university because of lack of money or other problems, unemployed women, widows, divorced women, women deprived of social relief, these categories are estimated to be around 30 percent of the community, a large number especially as it raises the proportion of digital illiteracy, poverty and deprivation in the community.

The project aims to give disadvantaged women an opportunity to learn and get qualified in computer & communications and to get the basics of the Internet world, in order to get a job or to be able to work from home.
Below are examples of main advantages of the program :
- Engaging in a team of women to perform computer programs and the Internet , such as editing and printing, copying ,installation of the computer , maintenance, installation of networks, the design of the web, creating the blog’s ….ext
- To give a greater opportunities to enter the world of work
- Improve the standard of living of the women
- Form a Task Team be able to work and make the change in her community
- Empowerment of women to participate in daily life as normal and without any shortage.
- Development of the Intellectual and social skills for them
