Saudi Aramco digital assistant will work as virtual companion with bot integration hub allows SA employees to have a deeper insights about their organizations and accomplish business tasks quickly. SA Employees can place purchase orders, check vacation balance, and rationalize consumed resources.

Digital Assistant will introduce a new bundle of productivity solutions enabling users to digitally manage and sign business letters, track progress of critical activities and initiatives, and have 360 view of SA organizations.

Being aware of business context, collected historical transactions, and the position of the user, SA Digital Assistant will utilize Artificial Intelligence capabilities to predict end-user needs.

Phase-I of this project will go-live on Jan 2019 which covers availing a central hub for interactive services collected from various business applications through myhome 3.0 corporate portal.
