The digital policy of San Luis government has enabled development and innovation in different areas, allowing for the first time in the field of physical education and sports, the same deployment of digitalization in the field with the project called "Provincial Sports Map", which aims to evaluate and graph the physical fitness of 6th grade children of the province (8,462), establishing the sports average as a general objective and detecting potential and sporting talents as a specific objective. This ambitious plan can be executed thanks to simultaneous access to an application loaded on a tablet that allows the capture and registration of data obtained from a series of evaluations, which are derived to the provincial Data Center, generating the necessary statistics for the training and execution of the plan. This can only be achieved in a province where access to the Internet is guaranteed throughout its territory in such a way that the inequality gap between those who live in the largest cities is shortened with those who are at a greater distance.

The development and success of this initiative in San Luis is the result of the political decision to invest heavily, during the last 20 years, in infrastructure, connectivity, and in facilitating access to devices for the population, as well as training. This initiative is replicable successfully only in this context.

Digital Inclusion as a Fundamental Human Right, a commitment assumed by the Government of San Luis and embodied in the Provincial Constitution in 2011, guarantees the continued investment of public resources towards a more inclusive, digitized and innovative society.

The government of San Luis promotes strong policies against the fight against poverty, the strengthening of digital inclusion, gender equality, care for the environment, among others, through multiple initiatives and public policies. The development of a connectivity infrastructure, with a fiber optic network of more than 3,260 kilometers that allows free connectivity of the entire population throughout the territory, the delivery of devices, the development of digital platforms and ICT training they contribute strongly in these purposes.
