Simplified import customs declarations for postal items has been introduced for clearance of low-value postal items from countries outside the EU: the client can complete customs formalities when it is convenient and without a service fee. Thanks to this solution, there is no need for clients to authorize postal or express service providers to perform customs clearance on their behalf. Filling in the form requires only the data available about the shipment. Additionally, for the client’s convenience, a tax calculator for postal items is developed with which you can determine – before making a purchase in the online store – if the simplified declaration can be used and what the tax might be.
