Electronic appeals

Description

The lack of the unified database for storing of all appeals of state authorities complicated the processes of consideration of appeals and did not allow for the supervision of proper execution.
In order to minimize violations of the rights and interests of citizens while considering appeals, to streamline and improve the efficiency of the work of government in this direction, the work on the project “Electronic appeals” has begun.
Electronic appeals is a single platform of citizens' appeals, which is created for monitoring, analysis, identification of systemic problems of citizens. In this project it is planned to apply the technology "text mining" (intellectual analysis of texts of appeals), which will reduce the time of consideration of appeals.
For citizens there will be a convenient and fast process of submission of an appeal as in the system templates of an appeal submission will be developed.
The advantage for government will be the optimization of the appeal consideration process (appeals will be distributed according to the competence of state authorities), control of consideration of applications, the possibility of analysis of socio-economic nature to develop appropriate measures.
