The Seipolicy project has been replicated and would be deployed in various African countries in November 2019. In an aim to show a clearer picture of cyber violence against women in the continent.
According to Cybersecurity Ventures, there will be up to 3.5 million job openings by 2021. Meanwhile, women make up only 20% of the cybersecurity workforce. This number is much smaller when looking at the digital gender gap faced by black and ethnic minority women. While 20% shows an increase from a mere 11% in 2013, there's still a lot of opportunities to be seized in cybersecurity careers. We offer cybersecurity e-learning lectures and webinars from industry experts. We work with companies who share our common goal of diversifying the cybersecurity industry and want to hire underrepresented groups such as BAME women.
