The purpose of the Travel History Card project is to combine communication data with Bluetooth data, accurately find close contacts of patients through information technology, and further improve the accuracy of epidemic prevention and control. In WSIS Action Line, this project is closely connected with the first action - National e-strategies, which integrates communications big data into epidemic prevention and control. In terms of sustainable development goals, the Travel History Card project meets the 3rd and 11th goals: ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all and bring safety and stability to the city. It's worth noting that Travel History Card really focus on user's individual privacy and using "Bluetooth technology" to guarantee the privacy protection. The ambassador from the Peruvian was exchanged of learning with the CAICT in order to let Travel History Card to help them observe the epidemic in an efficient way. Hence, this project is worth learning for the prevention and control of the global epidemic. It can efficiently assist epidemiological investigations and play an important supporting role in responding to emergencies. For the further development, while continuously optimizing the quality of services, Travel History Card would effectively prevent and notified the epidemic.

"Travel History Card", as a typical case of China's epidemic prevention and control technology, attracted so much international attention. On the AI for Good Webinar hosted by International Telecommunication Union (ITU), "Travel History Card" has received recognition from many countries. Furthermore, "Travel History Card" has been recorded into "China Epidemic Prevention and Control Mobile Application Case Collection", which jointly issued by the CAICT, the Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA) and the 5G Application Industry Array (5GAIA). The Peruvian Ambassador made a special trip to CAICT to exchange and learn the Bluetooth tracking program of the " Travel History Card ", to help the Peruvian government effectively prevent the epidemic while protecting citizens' privacy.

Travel History Card project is highly sustainable, and its emphasis on user's privacy security lays the foundation for the long-term development of the product. In the Travel History Card project, "Bluetooth technology" is used for data accuracy, privacy protection, and gives play to complementary advantages between communication data. It is worth noting that Bluetooth contact records are only stored on the user's mobile device, and only when the user was diagnosed with a confirmed/suspected case of COVID19, the data would automatically be uploaded to the "Travel History Card" system for an epidemiological survey. This distributed scheme can protect user privacy to the greatest extent. For the whole society, the Travel History Card helped government service platforms to understand citizens' mobility, send a notification to close contacts of COVID 19, and protect the health of the community. On the other way, the reduction of the infected cases could fundamentally cut off the cost of epidemic prevention and ensure social stability.

The key value of this project is going to promote better social stability and construction, which can effectively assist the epidemic observation. After sorted out users' feedbacks, we could draw the decision that "Travel History Card" technology facilitates people's life, respects their privacy, and meets the needs of society. WSIS's values are mainly about using information and communication technology to benefit mankind and construct harmonious in society. Year 2020 was in a context where the COVID 19 was still in a high accumulation. Therefore, an effective itinerary tool could help society to solve the complicated procedures, information leakage problems from third-party platforms and access restriction between platforms. “Travel History Card" is a simple, and approachable technology, also it brings perfect guarantee of user's personal information. In this wat, it led people rebuild their health homes and return to normal life soon. Hence, “Travel History Card" was extremely well qualified to promote WSIS values in the society.
