SHEFAA portal / application


Description

“SHEFAA” to serve the largest segment of patients of all age groups by showcasing treatment services provided by the ministry and other patient-centric services.
The new platform will act as the digital communication between patients and service providers the main reference for access to medical and clinical information and the patients' medical record. This is supported by the user-centric information, through the direct connectivity with the “Wareed” system that covers all MOHAP centers and hospitals within a single network.
Through the “SHEFAA ” platform, users can complete their registration using the ‘UAE pass’ to get smart treatment services and notifications on the updates of the patient's file. The platform also offers health education and guidance, questionnaires and opinion polls, E-payment, vital signs, live chat, lab test reports, and results.
“SHEFAA platform comes as part of the UAE government's directions to develop public services and achieve high quality for community members in accordance with the UAE Vision. It also falls within MOHAP efforts to provide comprehensive and integrated healthcare services and implement the smart government initiative, by developing health information systems and carrying out world-class standards in managing the infrastructure of health facilities, in line with the goals of the National Agenda to implement a health system based on the highest international standards.”
The new tech-based platform “SHEFAA ” aims to provide treatment services and enhance access to the medical record, including ‘vital signs, prescriptions, and vaccines, medical history, medications, allergies, doctors' visits record, lab test results, and reports.”

SHEFAA project, a set of integrated API’s with Wareed system -health information system which connected all MOHAP facilities ( 17 hospitals , and 78 clinics ) as this model of full integration had been developed and formed effectively , which can quickly reflect the medical history and all service provider documentation directly on portal / application as the patient have full access 24/7 on medical record and history , and have the right to share with physicians, with this workflow , the reduce of printing the paper / medical reports , medical summery , medication and prescription and much more


WSIS values promotion

SHEFAA portal /application supporting the security of accesses medical records through UAE pass and linking the right patient to his medical record , providing the patient full right to check all of his medical records with all categories such as ( history , medication , vaccination , allergy , measurements , radiology , health maintenance , etc.) also provide Internet of things (IOT)( warble devices to connect and save the personal health records which took the reading from smart devices and health fitness applications .which can realize the comprehensive processing and analysis of integrated daily health documentation
