At TrustIn, we're building tech for safer workplaces at scale through effective POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) implementation. We're currently supporting 24 Indian clients with their POSH needs, serving 36500+ employees, mostly focusing on startups and social enterprises, while also piloting in countries like Singapore, Bangladesh, and Malaysia. Our secure reporting-redressal system ensures a confidential, unbiased, and compliant process, and includes add-on services to support compliance such as a legal chatbot, annual report generation and submission, and roster of legal experts, to support survivors and ethics committees at all stages.

The TrustIn case reporting and redressal system is built on a microservices architecture, making it easy to adapt and modify. Given that our legal workflows integrate the civil and justice principles accepted worldwide (for instance, the principles of natural justice), and is based on the British code of laws (which is applied in nearly all countries in the Global South), the system can be used seamlessly across geographies to report, redress, and handle any grievances at the workplace, especially those pertaining to sexual harassment.Our reporting workflows and support chatbots have been built in partnership with trauma specialists and include contextual features such as local languages, visual and cartoon scenario representations etc, to help survivors of various backgrounds feel equipped with the knowledge they need to report and defend a workplace complaint effectively. Once again, these features are scalable and relevant across contexts.
TrustIn is a for-profit project, we charge an annual subscription fee for the case handling system. We also charge on a per-session basis for our support services, such as a deeply personalized, company-specific program for upskilling each company’s ethics committee, sensitising employees to unconscious bias and unsafe behaviours, and assessing and monitoring outcomes on knowledge, skills, and mindsets at the workplace.This ensures the project is financially sustainable. Given our steady growth every month through word-of-mouth and client referral recommendations- we’ve never spent on marketing- and with our current 24 paid and 6 pro bono clients, we are making significant headway in ensuring our project is sustainable. Our secondary platform, TrustIn Partner, enables legal and training firms to manage their client services, acting as a co-selling distribution network for us while growing the former’s reach.
TrustIn's aim is to further a society where TrustIn does not need to exist; one that is just, inclusive, and has attained universal awareness and access through technology. We align strongly with WSIS values and are building capacity using virtual trainings, a legal chatbot, and a secure, sensitive tech solution to empower hubs of local civil courts and company-specific ethics committees. We're also empowering employees, with our simple, free chatbots and resources, to become aware of their rights- particularly when it comes to gender based violence and workplace misconduct- and access relevant resources and recourse, should they wish to.
