The Use of the National e-Notification System in the Judicial Procedures

Electronic notification to institutions, lawyers and parties

Description

The e-Notification project was started on 29.06.2015 with the aim of improving the Quality and Efficiency of the Legal and Criminal Justice System, Strengthening the Notification System, and improving electronic services in the judiciary.

e-Notification is the electronic sending of official documents that need to be communicated to individuals by the authorities authorized to issue notifications.
In order to make an electronic notification to the person, the person must have a KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) address suitable for notification and have notified this address to the authority that will issue the notification.

An electronic notification has the same legal consequences as a physical notification.
With the project, the notification process, which takes weeks in the physical environment, is completed in seconds in the electronic environment.
