Qatar e-Government Portal - Hukoomi is the official government portal of the State of Qatar. Its main role is to make government information and services more efficient and effective to be accessible to all citizens, residents, visitors, and businesses. It also aims at raising awareness on the public programs, events, news, and government initiatives. Hukoomi has undergone several developments, and the latest one is the launch of Hukoomi NextGen in 2021 that ensures a more personalized experience to its users.

Hukoomi promotes the WSIS values through shared responsibility; on part of the government and semi government entities, they cooperate with Hukoomi to ensure all information and services are available in one single hub, and on part of individuals, their suggestions and feedback are always taken into consideration and their e-participation is highly valued. Equality is another important value so that all types of audience can benefit from the Portal, including persons with disabilities and the elderly.
