The IELP uses international standards in quality and software development to provide seamless integration between all education tools on the platform through which productivity can be increased and operational costs reduced with the possibility of developing the efficiency and capabilities of the platform with minimal effort and cost. The platform was designed to enable beneficiaries from various segments of society to access all the contents of the platform and learn easily from one place, which is the IELP of the University of Hail. The platform also provides keeping historical data to follow up on all events on the platform, which has an effective role in analyzing this data, evaluating performance, and facilitating the decision-making process in improving the e-learning experience.

The platform provides the community with an integrated and advanced smart educational experience for beneficiaries (students, employees, unemployed) through a platform based on multiple functional units in managing educational content, managing the beneficiary's profile, managing the beneficiary's training journey and following up on his arrangement and progress in learning, evaluation, assignments, tests and issuance of certificates And adopting them, communication tools and direct interaction with beneficiaries to receive suggestions, ideas and complaints and follow them up, attracting resources and employment. In this way, the platform achieves integration between business, technology, applications, data, and mutual interaction between the parties to the platform.

The Innovative E-Learning Platform (IELP) enables the unification of various educational applications in a unified platform with architecture and technical standards based on the latest technical trends and best practices in development and benefiting from artificial intelligence techniques in analysis. It also provides a unified experience for the beneficiary in all interfaces of the platform and the possibility of future expansion because the platform architecture supports the development of applications Functional units independently and raised on the platform to integrate with its functions with the possibility of measuring beneficiary satisfaction for the availability of the necessary functions while monitoring and analyzing performance indicators in a dynamic dashboard for decision-making and improving the performance of the platform to achieve the goal of providing education in all aspects of life.
