OGC is an online solution tailored to assist key account employers in their extensive recruitment initiatives, urging them to utilize our online services for transparent and traceable job offer processing. ANEM's goal is to support key account employers in nationwide mass recruitment. A key account employer, defined as a parent company with multiple subsidiaries, expresses the need for extensive hiring in large-scale national projects. The OGC is directly linked to the ANEM information system, facilitating the entire recruitment process—from posting vacancies and defining profiles to candidate selection, interview tests, and final candidate selection. The platform ensures online notification and SMS messages for selected candidates, along with online access to interview schedules and results. OGC is replicable and any company working in the field of recruitment can adapt the process or parts of it since the separation of the modules gives it a great capacity for scalability and improvement.
The project is sustainable due to low cost of changes on business layer .Changes can be applied to regulatory requirements in the case of change which doesn’t affect totally the system and remains transparent to usersDue to separation of services, maintenance is low costly. The peak of technology used in development helps the systems to be as competitive as possible for a long period of time.
The transparency of the process is significantly improved as it is automatically preserved, allowing access to results at any time and from anywhere for all concerned parties, including employers and job applicants. The introduction of remote notifications and short messages has alleviated the challenge faced by job seekers who would otherwise need to make multiple trips to the agency, particularly over substantial distances.
